If
you live in the United Kingdom, you have access to some of the greatest
car brands in the industry—but there’s only one that truly stands out
from the rest in its class. Kia was
recently voted fourth overall in a NFDA dealer attitude survey, making
it the highest-ranking non-premium car brand on the list and showing
that its dealers are some of the most satisfied.
To
determine the ranking of the dealerships, each dealer in the UK cast a
vote by answering this question: How would you rate your manufacturer
overall? By answering this question, dealers allowed NFDA to analyze
just how important dealers’ happiness is to each brand.
Out
of 28 franchises, Kia came in behind Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Lexus.
This ranking showcases Kia dealers’ extremely positive view of their
brand. It also reflects Kia’s ability to score higher than average in
other areas like training, supply, and field staff.
While
this survey wasn’t based on consumer opinions, it’s still quite
important to carmakers, since dealers play a significant role in the
market—the happier the dealership, the better the sales.
Now, as Kia dealerships receive shipments of the 2016 Kia Optima and Sportage, it’s possible that the Korean carmaker’s dealerships might get even better.
