The
all-new 2016 Kia Sorento
SUV will debut at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show, Kia Motors America announced on
Wednesday.
"Beautifully
redesigned inside and out, the 2016 Sorento is larger
than the previous generation and offers up to three rows of seating," the
Korean automaker said in a statement.
A
single teaser photo of the 2016 Sorento shows an
evolutionary styling change. The Sorento gets a larger grille and fancier
headlights, all designed to give it more road presence.
A Kia Motors America spokesman told
Edmunds he could not provide any more information at this point, including
pricing and on-sale date.
The Sorento was revised for 2014. It
rides on a new platform that yields more space in the third row.
